Background

Long Established London accountants looking to refurbish new partnership practice. As well as significant software spend the whole of one floor needed air conditioning installing.

Problem

The air conditioning took the form of removable units and ducting, as the ducting was not removable once installed, it became part of the fabric of the building

Solution

Fulton was able to provide a lease purchase facility to accommodate the units and a commercial loan to pick up the ducting costs and software costs. The lease purchase facility allows the practice to claim writing down allowances and off set interest against taxable profits.
